Reganne Scarborough makes a good point in this LTE. When I was a junior in college a freshman from my hometown was still dating his high school sweetheart. He was 18 and she was 15. It wasn't a big deal until she had a falling out with her parents and fled to Canyon to stay with him. Then the law got involved and charges of statutory rape were being bandied about. The situation was resolved without arrests or anything like that, but he could have very well had that charge follow him around the rest of his life.
