There's Hope!

I keep hearing over and over that we should be looking forward to the Obama administration and the 111th Congress and not be concerned by looking backward at the last eight years. I can't help but think if no-one is taken to task for the disaster created by the Bush years we're doomed to keep repeating it at some point in the future. Eschaton had a link to Glenn Greenwald in Salon that has got to be heartening news to us worriers. Greenwald introduces us to the new appointment to the Office of Legal Counsel, Dawn Johnsen who sounds exactly like the person we need in the office. Take a look. Click here.
